a tender escape
evening swims good touch local soaps green surroundings
i appreciated the pool was open later than advertised allowing for evening swims under the stars it felt very special. the welcome treats of mini muffins and nougat were a good touch. the provided local soaps added a sense of place. the green surroundings.
i noticed the dinner selection was somewhat limited it made dining options a bit restrictive.

breakfast offered a variety of food the selection included many quality items. the terrace provided a nice space for meals if one prefers to stay in. this offered convenient dining for all.

the rooms are gorgeous they also contain excellent facilities. certain rooms feature views of the airport allowing plane spotting. this offers a unique experience for aviation enthusiasts who stay here.

the staff are very friendly and helpful they are always available. one staff member in the gift shop was wonderful she provided advice. this created an cute atmosphere.

slow communication unanswered messages
The breakfast was decent , with multiple options available.
com was slow , with messages left unanswered. I inquired about the spa , and some days later , I was informed that there was no spa but they could offer a masseuse. At reception , when I inquired about spa facilities , they never mentioned a masseuse , which I found to be frustrating.

super clean room fabulous manager pool area rude receptionist invoice issue disconnected call
The room was super clean. i spent time at the pool area. the pool bar manager was fabulous. He was very busy but dealt with it with warmth and humour.
The receptionist was adamant the hotel could not provide an invoice. they proceeded to ignore me. i called to order room service, but i was told the kitchen was closed. The person disconnected my call.
